Court Reservation Guidelines

Privado Village enjoys two state of the art courts for use by members and their guests:

  • The East court configured for for pickleball, tennis or basketball
  • The West court configured for tennis only
The Village has established the follow guidelines and systems for reserving the courts:

1.  Members can reserve time on the calendars for the East and West courts on the Privado Village website.  Please include your name on the reservation.

2.  Reservations follow the honor system on a first come, first serve basis.

3.  Reservations should be limited to a 2 hour blocks (or less) of time so as to provide all members available time slots on any day (1 reservation per member per block of time).

4. East court guidelines  
      a.  Two pickleball courts are available (North and South).  Please note which court you wish to reserve on the calendar.
      b.  If the East court is reserved for tennis, pickleball and basketball cannot played concurrently.
      c.  Basketball is only available on the North side of court.  

5.  Please reserve your courts not more than 7 days in advance (no standing reservations) which will allow all members to access and utilized the courts.

Please leave the courts as the same or better condition for the next member.  Return chairs and tables to original positions, clean up trash and lock the restrooms and lock the gate before leave.  Trash bags (small and large), paper towels and extra soap are stored under the sinks in the restrooms.
