Architecture Review Application Edit page

Privado Village Members who wish to make modifications and/or improvements to their home must submit and Architectural Review Application Form.  The form should include all color samples, measurements, materials colors, renderings and plans.  Failure to submit the proper documentation will result in delays or disapproval of  your request.

Completed requests will receive approval, conditional approval, disapproval typically within 72 hours.

Please review the Privado Village CC&R's and Rules and Regulations prior to completing the form.  The Board reserves the right to require an executed Construction Rules and Remodeling Rules & Regulations form signed by the owner and general contractor.

I have read and understand the Construction Rules and Regulations for Privado Village Association.  I agree to adhere to these conditions and will be responsible for all violations of the constructions rules and regulations that may be applicable.  I am aware that I am responsible for all fines that may be assessed for failure to comply and that workers may be denied access to the Community if violations have not been corrected.
